Workshop activity: Capturing Sounds

This activity involved finding, making and documenting sounds that relate to each person’s tinnitus in some way. These sounds may be similar to a person’s tinnitus, hide their tinnitus, or aggravate their tinnitus. Participants used different methods of documenting these sounds, including photographs, sound recordings and written descriptions.

Recordings:

Please note: the following sound recordings contain audio representations of the sound or feeling of tinnitus. These sounds might be unpleasant for some listeners, including some people with tinnitus. Each recording has an accompanying text description that gives more information about the sounds that can be heard.
